Plastic is not fantastic
Most plastic is made from fossil fuels and can pollute our environment.
We should all try to use less plastic, and reuse and recycle any we do use.
LEGO® is plastic, but is not ‘single use’. It is used over and over again and rarely gets thrown away.
Green LEGO®
LEGO® are trying to use less plastic. They already make some pieces from sugarcane. Polyethylene plastic made from sugarcane is soft and flexible; perfect for LEGO® plants, but not the best for bricks.
LEGO® aim to make all their bricks from sustainable sources by 2030 and all their packaging sustainable by 2025.
Please pass on your LEGO® and recycle its packaging.
